Setting Due Date according to SD Time to resolution

Hi,

we are looking for a way to automaticly set due date (for example once a day) according to SLA Time to resolution from SD. Is there any way to do this? Also for clonned issues.

Hi Pawel,

You can consider using a Groovy script for it. I recommend you to take a look on kthe official documentation for this plugin for examples that might help on you on achieving this .

Hi Arthur, i consider using groovy script for this but i dont know how to get information about SLA from script. They are not stored in any custom fields.
