Service desk evaluation

Hello,

I have some questions regarding services desk tool and i want to have a call with you because im little bit confused with some features.

I wish if we can have it today on 14 or 15 (+3GMT) or specify another day.

We are not Atlassian (although many of them do read this site), we are end-users like yourself.

Atlassian doesn't do sales calls like this either. You can ask us about the features, or contact a partner/expert.
