Is it possible to configure access for customers so that they can access the service desk knowledge base without a user when running a standalone server installation of JIRA?
( this behavior changed on the cloud hosted JIRA so that all pages needs to be configured as public to enable this access)
Hi Tomas,
On JIRA Server, it is the same as your have described, you will need to have the Confluence space publicly accessible so that JIRA Service Desk customers will be able to view the content.
