Service Desk Widget Doesn't display

I have set up everything according to the embed request forms guide, However i cannot seem to get anything to display on an empty html page. I see the widget resources loading, but don't actually see the widget using the embedded code generated. Any ideas on this issue?

Hi Neil,

 

This issue happens when the widget is disabled in the instance.

Please, on the widget page click on "Enable widget"

I saw that you already opened a ticket with our support, so if it does not work, please update the ticket and once its resolved, I will post the resolution here.

I saw that the ticket in our support was closed and the resolution was to enable the widget on the widget's page.
