If I buy 50 users Service Desk does the 50 user limit count up agains my Jira 50 user? Or I get 50 users for Service Desk and 50 for internal use.?

Your service desk licences must match your Jira licences. If you've got 50 Jira users, you need 50 Service Desk users.

This model is going to change soon, but I'm not sure when or how.
