We have setup a link between Service Desk and Confluence and a few PDF files are attached to Confluence articles.
When I perform a search from Confluence, the search results contain PDF files in which the text is found.
When I perform a search from the Service desk customer portal, the search results seem to be limited to articles only and not showing results from attached PDF files.
Why is there a difference in the search restults?
Is it possible to change the configuration so the knowledge base search results also shows the PDF files containing the searched text?

Seems like it is not possible at the moment, JSD only search the string on articles title and content. There is a feature request for the enhancement; JSDCLOUD-5543. Please do vote the feature request.
