I have no experience with this, but I noticed in the last column there are 2 tickets displayed in another markup than the others, so I guess it has something to do with those.
Do you know what the difference is between them?
To Add observation, It's happening in current Date SLA Breached issue report only.
For Example: Today I have check SLA Breached Report and see on the first screen, There is "1" Issues is breached and when I click on that multiple issues its show.
But if I check the Same thing at Next Day it shows proper record.

the graph is showing the breached sla which issues are closed while the report below is showing you breached sla which issues are closed and breached sla which issues are not closed.
