Hi, we are currently trialing Jira - SLA Time and Report add-in, with a view to subscribing. However, there is one huge issue. How can we set things so the SLA's and reports take the time zone from Jira and not the local PC clock?
As things stand we need to know where it takes its baseline time settings from because the reports are inaccurate. We need it to take its time zone from that declared in Jira and then measure with adjusted time against other time zones to produce accurate SLA's
