I'm wondering if anyone has done something similar and / or the best way to achieve the requirement.
When an Incident issue is raised, we would like to be able to quickly display a list of change Issues that are for the same Insight Object field 'Installations' and the change has a 'Start Date' within the past 5 weeks of the incident being opened.
This will help to quickly identify if any previous changes have caused the incident to be raised.
We have ScriptRunner at our disposal, just want to get a feeling for best practice and what others have done.
