Hi, I have create a new workflow and resolutions with all status is Unresolved
Now I have a added a Post Function for the specific 2nd last transition as below :
The Resolution of the issue will be set to Resolved.
and for last transition I have added a Post Function as :
The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done.
But still there is no change in resolutions in queue, not on creating/updating or old tickets.
Please suggest, what I am missing
The post function in the workflow will only be triggered when an issue uses the transition. For all tasks already in the final 2 statuses, they will remain unresolved as when they passed through the transition, there was no post function in place.
You may need to bulk edit these tasks that already in the statuses which should have the resolution set in order to set their resolutions
