Hi all! For a long time I have been struggling with the problem that if a person is not in the copy of the ticket, then when I try to leave a comment, he opens a new task. The gist is this: We have a group “A”, this group consists of several people, but JSM cannot determine who is in this group, so when leaving a comment from a person who is a member of this group, but is not in the copy of the letter, a duplicate task is created . My question is, how can I fix this without resorting to third-party plugins? It is necessary that if a person writes a comment, it should be a comment, and not open a new request You are my last hope
