Hi
I have a user who's in the Administrator project role and in the jira-servicedesk-users group, and yet he can't edit/create reports.
Do you have any other lead on how to fix this and give him the necessary access?

Testing on my local site on both team-managed and company-managed projects and a user with a Service Management license being a project administrator can edit and create reports.
Are they members of only one role or multiple roles?
Can you try removing the user from the project and add again with the Administrator role only?

Thank you for your answer.
Indeed, he was in another user group on which the Service Desk Team role was assigned. And his personal user was added to the project with the Administrator role.
I now removed him from the other group and only kept him with the Administrator role and now it's working.
