Hello,
we are working intensiv with forms in our Servicedesks.
When a form is submitted, we create a new pdf for saving the current status.
These PDF gets unique names with the date and time stemp and the name of the form.
Now we have two problems.
First is that we like to have the issue key in the name and the second problem is that the time stemp is not correct.
For us it would be perfect if there is a chance to rename the PDF in the process while creating the pdf.
Is this possible?
