All email settings (Office 365) tested and working.
Inbound emails processed and issues raised.
No outbound emails. For example, reporter not getting "request received" email.
What have i missed?
Customer Notifications? Are they all enabled?
They are however we have just moved everything to a new server and inbound has stopped working. One step forward, two back. Will come back when i have recovered lost ground :)
