Problem with g-mail

Hi,

I have set up an g-mail account and it looks ok but when I sent mail to that account the mail is not visible in Jira Service Management,

If I send mail to the standard e-mail the mails will arrive in Jira.

I just create a standard gmail account, should this work och do I need to do something with the account
