We have a user access problem that new users can not login to Jira.
we have JSM and also Atlassian Access with AD connection.
the Work around is to re-send the invite link/email.
anyone who hade experienced the same problem and know about a solution?

Ideally If your JSM agent's are coming from AD and if you have given product access to synced groups and they don't have invite the user.
You can share the URL with them they will be able access the JSM with AD credentials if SSO is enabled.
