Is it possible to enable private queues, so queues that are only visible to me, similar to how in sharepoint you could make private list views?

The main reason this is coming up is that other admins in our company seem to think they know better than me in regards to what queues should be displayed. So i need to protect against rogue admins changing/ deleting queues, but it would be far better to simply have my own set of queues, since really they are just filters for the list. Can there be private ones?

Hi,

Queues are configurable by project admins, so unless you take away their project admin role, there isn't really any other way to manage.

You could look at add-on: Qeueus for Jira Service Desk

Hope that helps

Susan

cant filter by user, only by group. the queues dont show up in the normal queues, but their own section on core. still testing it.

This seems like a big feature gap compared to other tools. Is there really no way to create a list view just for myself that shows me a filtered list of the Service Desk tickets that I want to see?

Do you all have any tips for how to get around this limitation without having way too many queues in your service desk?

Looking for the same. I would like to avoid that my personal organization impact my team work.
