Pre set query template

Deleted user Jul 30, 2019

Hi Community,

We are trying to increase efficiency in our office relating to some simple queries that come through our JIRA Service Desk.

Basically wanting to know if theres a way i can create a template, similar to how the articles work, based on a common query.

Eg:

Common question/query = What colour is the sky

Template Response = Blue

Ive already tried playing around with articles but when you "share as comment" the email the user receives provides a link, in this case i called it Template Try ?, in which they will need to be a JIRA user to see the article (See screenshot below), but we dont want thatscreenshot.png

Hoping theres a way the template response itself can be added into comment.

Would appreciate any assistance

Mark
