Hi Community,
We are trying to increase efficiency in our office relating to some simple queries that come through our JIRA Service Desk.
Basically wanting to know if theres a way i can create a template, similar to how the articles work, based on a common query.
Eg:
Common question/query = What colour is the sky
Template Response = Blue
Ive already tried playing around with articles but when you "share as comment" the email the user receives provides a link, in this case i called it Template Try ?, in which they will need to be a JIRA user to see the article (See screenshot below), but we dont want that
Hoping theres a way the template response itself can be added into comment.
Would appreciate any assistance
Mark
