We have a lot of user-facing IT Word documents currently hosted in Sharepoint and we'd like to bring these over to the Knowledge base area in Jira.
Is there a way to import them into Jira so we can add them to Jira's knowledgebase?
@rahul_chakravarti Welcome to the Atlassian community
The Jira Service Management knowledgebase is in Confluence and you can import word documents into Confluence. You can learn more about importing documents in Confluence here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-content-into-confluence-cloud/
Sweet, thanks for the info. Looks like it's a Paid feature though as we don't have the Import button on our JSM instance.

@rahul_chakravarti When you are create a new document in Confluence it is available there. You will need to access the Confluence space that is associated with JSM. You will be able to do the import there even on the free version.
