Permissions for a user to modify the status (workflow) of tickets

Hello,

How to grant rights to a certain customer so that he can modify the status of the tickets workflow in portal ?

If yes, how to do it ?

Hi @KDSI Sàrl 

On your transition, you have a checkbox called 'Show transition in the customer portal'.

When the transition goes to a 'Done' status category, you can set the resolution as well.
