Hi,

We have once Project say Project A created in JIRA service Desk & it will be used by 3 different customers. We want to configure in such way that Customer A should not see tickets raised by Customer B. How can we achieve that,

I think this will be achieved by creating three Organizations and add the specific customers to each appropriate organization. This should allow anyone in 'Customer A Org" to see the issues opened by users in  'Org A', etc. I recommend you test w/ a few users initially to ensure everything is copacetic.

Thanks Jack. Let me test. I will get back shortly
