Hi everyone,
I am an org-admin in my company's Jira Service Management platform.
We are on the free plan but recently decided to give a try to the Standard Plan, however when I navigate to admin.atlassian.com -> billing -> manage the site responds with "You don't have permission, ask your administrator".
So the problem is that I am the administrator, therefore I can't really ask anybody else.
I made sure that my user has the org-admin role (also the site-admin role) and I tried accessing the billing after cleaning cookies, or by using incognito mode, but still no luck.
Can anybody help to solve the issue?
Thanks
Are you a Billing Admin for your Organization? It might be the user who set up the instance.
You should still have access as an Org Admin to limited billing information - but Billing Admins do have more.
See more information on this help page: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/understand-billing-administration/

Hi Ste,
thanks for your reply.
I'm not sure whether i'm a billing admin or not, but i am the original creator of the organization so I did in fact setup the instance.
I tried to follow the steps shown in the link you posted but if i select "billing" in Atlassian Administration I can't see at all the panel on the left with all the data regarding subscriptions etc.
Only thing I can do in the Billing section is to click "Manage" right next to Jira Service Management, but the outcome is always the "lock" image and the message that says that I don't have permissions to access that page.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
