Based on my understanding of the Starter license for Service desktop, I can add up to 3 agents.
However, if I try to add more than one agent, the service desktop keep asking me to upgrade my license.
How do I fix it?
As below images, I only added 2 users in jira-servicedesk-users group, the license also tell me that I only use for 2 for agents.
is there my misunderstanding for service desktop license?
