No return of user list when queried in the "Issues > Permission Scheme > Permission Helper"

I've noticed that I can't search for a user's name to check permissions. The user box keeps loading but doesn't show the dropdown list.

Can someone please advise me how to resolve this issue? I urgently need to check user permissions for new joiners, and this is currently blocking me.

Hi @Boyd Hong

If the user is not showing in the drop-down of the permission helper, this means that the user isn't know within Atlassian Administration or is disabled there.

You should verify if this is the case.

Does it work for other users?

No it does not work with other users who have the same priviledge (admin rights) like me as well.

Hi @Boyd Hong

If there are no option to find any user, does any user, group or role.

I would raise an issue at Atlassian. Support, could be related to your instance.
