Multiple Email for one Service Desk

Looking for a way to allow two different email addresses to trigger service desk requests (same service desk).

Has anyone found a way to do so?

Morning David!

 

The only way I have found to do this is to set one desk as the 'main' desk and then set up email forwarding/copy rules from another email address.

Hello @Meg Holbrook  I'm looking to do the same thing, could you help me on how can I apply the rules so the second email directs to the main one that I've set up?
