Usually, it takes some time for the new features to roll out to all instances.

Hey @Jimmy Trivedi
From my experience, it takes from 1 week to a month, but that's based on how long a certain feature came to my instance.
You can always raise a support request and ask the Atlassian staff :)

Hey @Jimmy Trivedi, have you tried reaching out to the support team?
There are quite a lot of updates on the JSM front: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/
So if the updated it's not already obvious on your instance, it is worth following-up with the Atlassian team.
