Hi @Gor Greyan
Thanks for asking. I'm Patrick, partner manager at yasoon.
We offer a solution that might cover your use case. Our Microsoft 365 for Jira app provides the possibility to configure automation rules, which allows you to create new Microsoft Teams chats or reply to Teams chats linked to issues based on different triggers provided by the native Jira automation.
You'll find more information in our documentation: Automation (yasoon.com)
Please note, that I work for yasoon, the company developing Microsoft 365 for Jira and I'm a big fan of the functionalities :)
Let me know, if you have any further questions or feel free to schedule a product demo.
All the best,
Patrick
Hi @Patrick Schüßler _yasoon_
Thanks for the reply.
But this will not cover my case, as I want to send a message to the existing chat.
For example, I have breached Issue that is assigned to me, I want to send a message to me, informing that the ticket is breached and needs to be reviewed.
If you know anything, that can help me with this case, please inform me. Thanks.

Hi @Gor Greyan ,
Thanks for providing additional information.
This is also possible with our automation feature. You can configure that every time an issue is breached a personal bot message should be sent to the assignee of the issue.
What do you think?
Best,
Patrick

Hi, @Patrick Schüßler _yasoon_
Thanks for the reply.
So the personal message should be sent via Teams chat, am I right?

Hi @Gor Greyan
Yes, that message will be sent via our bot in Microsoft Teams.
I can show you the function in a live demo if you like.
Best,
Patrick
