Im starting a new job and their current customer feedback streams are all over the place. I want to use Jira service desk to manage it all. However, most of their feedback is currently via microsoft forms. Is there a way for a service desk ticket to be created when a microsoft form gets filled out?
Any help is welcome.
Thank you,
Hello @Daniel Schacher and welcome to the community,
Out of the box you can't do it. However, you could use MS Automate to do that https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/details/00811383841943c9bdeb1bdeff23248a/create-jira-issue-with-microsoft-forms-response/
Other articles within the community suggests the same
You could also use a 3rd party app like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225964/microsoft-forms-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud (if you are on jira cloud), altough Ive never tried it.
Last option would be to user jira's rest api.
Le me know if that helped.
