I am an employee of the service desk.
I was told by one of our customers that in their issue overview the issues did not have the right statuses.
This indeed heads. Because in these issues I changed the status to close and later to Open again. Jira shows the very first status in this overview.
How can I change this so that the latest status of the issue is here?

Perhaps you could attach a screenshot? I'm not sure what you are referring to re the issue overview?
