Jira with Power BI

In have a cloud implementation of Jira Service Desk with 2 projects.

I want to have some reporting and dashboards and i'm trying to use PowerBI Desktop using the Jira_PowerBI_ContentPack.

I can open the contentpack and configure the access using a Token. But i have no data, the querie "GetIssues" doesn't show any thing not even my fields.

What could be wrong ?

I already have see some users getting some trouble with the connections but after solve those problems they have all the data in the dashboards.

Thanks in advance

Hey,

Trying doing the configurations again specifically access token, try adding it again, maybe that would work.

I hope this helps.

Hi,

You can try our app to easily export Jira data into PowerBI and create the dashboards:

Hi @duarte.conceicao

if your problem isn't solved yet, you can try our Power BI Connector for Jira https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Our connector lets you import Jira data into Microsoft's Power BI and create as many data sets as you want. Will be glad if this helps you!
