Jira Service Desk - Connect a Custom email Account - Cannot add!?

Hi, I have issue too. 
On Microsoft click -> Opens for extremely short time some url and browser auto-close it immediately. 

Tried all suggestions: 

1. Enable/Disable  - done
2. Incognito mode  - done
3. User groups (site-admin, administrators, administrators) - Done
4. Checked with Helper -  Able to administer Project -  Done
5. Tried different browsers

May be anybody have any new solutions?

Is there any AdBlocker in installed? Did you tried some different Browsers?

no there are no any add blockers. tried different browsers, different pc's too. 
What i captured that (Opens for extremely short time some url and browser auto-close it immediately. ) is an 500 error: 

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500
