Right know I am try to find out a way to display only the nessesary fields of a customer poral service request regarding the choice the customer did before.
So I want to have a service request for multiple accounts within one request type offer only.
I guess iit could be managable in some way. You can either try to use something called ProForma (Forms) for Jira Cloud which is now part of Atlassian Family or some other addon/extension like Dynamic Forms
