Hello,

 

is there a way to add all new customers from the active directory to an organisation?

Hi, 

So far it was difficult to manage organizations and mostly it was manual work required, but things change and now it is possible to manage it based on user email domain

There was also an option to use automation as well

Maybe this is not directly a way to add new organizations from Active Directory, but if users would have new domains that would be recognized it would create it. So this might work.
