JIRA Cloud -Rich text editor - images held in MS365

Hi

Unable to embed an image that is held on MS365 (albiet the URL link to a separate page works OK). Whereas, icons / images found on google work fine. The idea is to add to the JIRA dashboards images of charts created in excel

Sorry for my poor articulation of the issue. I can embed images on the Web by copying the URL. However, if I wish to use an image held on MS365 cloud then I have a problem. In this instance the URL reference is displayed as opposed to the image itself

Could you add more details about what you're looking for?

As far as I understood, you want to be able to add charts created in Excel to Jira dashboards, is it right?

If this is the case, there isn't any option in Jira out of the box to achieve this. Maybe its worth to check if eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira Cloud could help you achieve something similar to what you need. This third party app may help you import information from Excel to Jira and generate reports.
