I'm tying to determine how to insert the issue.key for the portal URL into my email templates. If I simply use the "field picker" the Issue Key will resolve to the baseURL. The documentation is sorely lacking for cloud IMO. The online doc support doesn't allow filtering by cloud so I end up w/ Server docs most of the time to boot. :-(
I have found this and it is close - #renderLinkToPortalRequest($linkText) which yields the default text of "view portal" but I want it to go directly to the specific issue.
