When i impoprt issuess using cvs import tool i don't see the issues in the customer portal. I can see the issue in the queue agent view and in the database.
Any solution or recomendation for that?

It looks like it's caused by missing request type. Have a look at Customer request does not appear in "My Requests" for the resolution.

It is a custom field. So the value would be in the customfieldvalue table.
