Issues imported by csv not displayed in customer portal

When i impoprt issuess using cvs import tool i don't see the issues in the customer portal. I can see the issue in the queue agent view and in the database.

Any solution or recomendation for that?

Hi Ariel,

 

It looks like it's caused by missing request type. Have a look at Customer request does not appear in "My Requests" for the resolution.

Do the issues have a valid Customer Request Type set?

Where is the customer request type field (in db) to check that.

It is a custom field. So the value would be in the customfieldvalue table.
