@Ratih Ebtania You will need to reach out to the owner of the Jira project / Jira instance and work with them to give you access. Atlassian will not give you access to someones instance / project / issue unless you can prove that you are the owner of that instance. In that case you would need to submit a request to Atlassian. If you are on the free plan we can escalate that here. Are you the owner of the instance?
By this link https://ca-pm.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/OTC/peoplei have 3 role : as administrator, as service desk customer and also as service desk team.

If so, please go to the Issue security on the project settings and check if atlassian-addons-project-access has permissions on this issue security.

Hi @Manoj Kumar Gangwar Fyi, issue security is not able for current project
In this case, you need to reach out to Jira admins of Instance and ask them to check for your access on the Instance.
Also one more Scenario, check the workflow if there is any properties added to hide the issue based on roles.
