We make calls to customers on our Customer page and would like a way to track the interaction with them. So would like to know if there is a way to do a comment or something to track the last time we contacted the person.
Hi Larissa,
For me to better help you, I'm going to need additional information.
Do you want to be able to comment in a issue in the customer portal?
Are you an agent or not?
With this information, I should be able to better help you.
Hi Gabriel!
I guess I am an agent but I do have some Admin permissions. What my superiors need is the ability to make notes as to when they contact the customer. Where they are hoping to do this is when you go to the Service Desk project, you see the Queues, Customers, etc.; they would like to be able to select the Organization in the list and the list of people in the organization is displayed. So every time they have contact with one of the people in the list they would like to be able to add notes there. Right now the profile opens when you click on the person's name. Sometimes we make contact with members of an organization that does not have anything to do with an issue they are having with our applications. So, I was asked to ask if anyone in the community know how to do something like that. I attached a couple of pictures of what and where they are trying to do.
Thanks for the reply. Let me know if I need to clarify. We just started using Jira and have been trying to learn as we go.
Thanks again, Larissa
