We started to define our assets in Jira Service Management Assets. I am looking for options to create reports. The only I can find is the export to a csv file. Are there other options?

I would recommend you use eazyBI (3rd party plugin) which allows you to create customized asset reports. Example: https://eazybi.com/blog/explore-insight-asset-management-data-with-eazybi.
Out of the box you are limited and you can wait for this to be available: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9930
