I want to add a "due date" to a request view (in certain request type) but I want this field in read-only.
The goal is to display this information when the agent submit it.
Is it possible please ?
As Rebekka mentioned, it's not available as a native feature. You can achieve it using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management.
With this app you can display fields as read-only on request details view but not only. We have a lot of features in this app which can enhance you customer portal, for example possibility to edit requests by customers.
that's not possible without any Marketplace App. There are several that will provide more insights to the customer.
You could, however, create an Automation rule that publishes the field value (everytime it changes) as an external Comment to the customer.

I have not. I know that Extension for Jira Service Management | Atlassian Marketplace provides that functionality, but there will be more than this one App.
