A while back, we created a couple of custom insight object fields. Originally they had these nice dropdowns that allowed us to preview selected attributes on the object(s) directly from the ticket. Example:
Now, it seems that the handy-dandy-dropdown is missing? Not sure why it's gone. Does anyone else have this issue?
