The "Insight Post-Function" doesn't seem to link to the Insight built in to Jira Service Management. Is this no longer an option for Insight in workflows?
That's correct, to automated the new Atlassian-owned Insight, use Project Automation. There are new actions for creating and editing Insight objects and custom fields.
