I'm new to the solution.
I've already found an anwser to creating a client without an email (wich is impossible).
So I'm sorry if this anwser already have been anwsered.
But my question is quite different. I already have a saas solution managing users and clients and I just want to integrate the Jira Service Management as a tool for help desk and ticketing. I already have the full list of users with their infos such as emails because they are already registerd on my plateform.
Would it be possible to import my full list of clients into my Jira Service Management and let them send an email just to automaticaly create the ticket without the hassle of them having to confirm register via an invitation link ?
To summarize :
1) I have my own portal with end user being registerd with their own personnal email
2) I need to create a help desk to manage issues
3) I wonder if Jira Service Management allow to import all my users without them having to confirm and register via a link
4) That would let them just send an email presenting their issue and the ticket would automaticaly be created based on the mail address of sender

I assume your JSM portal is restricted to Customers only? (no public access)
Do you need a One-Time Report or a regular thing?
