Im trying to change the name of the project and the name doesnt change
Hello @Laura Lloret
I just gave this a try in my own environment and I am unable to reproduce your issue. When I change the introduction text and press save directly below, the change is immediately reflected on the portal.
This is what I have done:
I hope this helps you out. If this isn't what you mean, please let me know and describe the steps you have taken.
Thanks, the issue is now resolved. It was because I had configured several languages and needed to update and confirm texts. That's why the initial jira text appeared by default.
Now I have another problem. :(
I changed the url of my jira work, and I couldn't access the projects... I returned to the previous url and I can now see and work on my projects normally.
BUT now, I have tried to do a new jira job with the url that I tried to change at first, but it tells me that it is already taken... and I need to do a jira work with that url, but I don't dare to change my jira work url again because i don't want to lose my projects again!
What I can do?
My jira works are:
1-"https://pruebadespigmentacion.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals" --> And I want to change this url to:
And I also have another job that has the url: "https://askme-dermamelan.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals"
I need to, or change "pruebadespigmentacion" to "askme-cosmelan", or create a new jira work called "askme-cosmelan"
If I delete my "pruebadespigmentacion" jira work, would it be possible to create the "ask-cosmelan" jira work?
I hope I have explained myself correctly.... I need your help, I'm desperate.
thank you

Hey guys, i had the same problem a few minutes ago and find this topic.
I solved this by changing the language of my portal under "Language Support" tab.
Hope this works for anyone that reaches this post in the future,
Bests
