I want a ivr(automated) call to particular mobile number when i received high priority incident/service request in jira service desk

Can anyone help how to config asap

i need to choose ticketing tool with future asap befor feb 3 2019

let me know is it possible to trigger a phone call for specific tickets in jira service desk

I saw an add-on where you could send a text message, will this work?
