Cant see more than Open Requests and Closed Requests on the customer portal's requests page. How do i show all statuses in my instances?
Hi Carlos - Open requests are just requests that are not Closed and vice versa. So between the two of them, that's All requests.

More advanced filtering options for the portal are only available through thirds-party apps.
You can have a look at our app Advanced Portal Reports which allows portal users to search, filter and export all their requests, including many additional details (incl. SLAs, custom fields, etc.).
