How to setup an SLA using only priority

Hi,

Could you help me please, here is the problem, on the user interface, the user choose the urgency and the impact and based on that information i want to create an sla calculating the priority.

I cant find how to do it from the sla interface.

Hi Mehdi,

For creating an SLA in JIRA SD based on the Priority.

  • Go to the SLA section and add the time goal and write the JQL query to get the issues which priority is Urgent/Highest and save it
