Hi everyone, I mistakenly changed the request type batch of all tasks to request in Service Management, and now I want to revert back to the way it was before, e.g. with optimization or incident.
It's very urgent. I hope we can get help soon.
Unfortunately, there is no 1 button click to revert. You will have to go through the history and figure out which ones were mistakenly updated. Then do an JQL search with the keys (e.g key in (ABC-XXX, ABC-YYY) and do a bulk update to change to the correct request type to the right value.
