How to merge all attachment in one pdf?

Hello,

We have a JSM project where users have to update many attachements to their requests.

We are looking for a way for the agent to download all the attachements into a single one PDF?

Current situation: The agent have to download all attachements and to manually compile them into one pdf for administrative purpose. We would like to automate this. It can be either during the creation of the ticket and only one attachement is finally added to the issue or directly on the view ticket where a button could be added allowing the agent to download all at once into a single one pdf.

Do you have an addon to recommend or something else?

For Data Center, you may want to explore Pro-Form forms.  It won't put all the attachments into one form, but you can create a long form which can be updated at different stages in the workflow and then when it's ready you can export it.  The form can also be populated with custom field values.

Is it possible to display the attachements (the content) in the form?
