Hello @Sargis Ghukasyan,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to bulk changes on a ticket, it’s possible to add internal comments.

Please, go to Filters > Advanced search and filter the desired tickets. On the top right, click on … > Bulk change > Select the tickets > Next > Edit and select “Change comment” and select “Internal comment” > Next > Confirm > Acknowledge.

If you don't see this option, please, reach out to your Jira administrator for them to check the permissions (Cog icon > System > Global permissions > Make bulk changes).

This answer is wrong.

The question is not about whether "it’s possible to add internal comments".. (aka "make internal comments")... it is about how to "make comments internal"; that is, how to convert comments that are public and make them internal.
